Design. Demo. Done.
Our Game Plan
Our Complete Remodeling Process
We understand that choosing a remodeling contractor is an important decision, and we are confident that we have the Experience, Resources, and Expertise to complete your project with the quality that you deserve.
Free Consultation
Every project begins with a free consultation with our sales team. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your ideas, what can and can’t be done, approximate timelines, a tentative start date, and even provide a “guesstimated” cost. This first step typically takes about one to two hours and gives us a strong foundation for moving forward.
Design Retainer Agreement
If you decide to move ahead, the next step is signing a Design Retainer Agreement. This helps cover the costs of design and estimating, typically taking one to three weeks to complete depending on the project. If you choose to continue and sign a project proposal with us, the retainer amount will be credited back in full on your final bill.
Design Review Meeting
For projects requiring design work, our design team will visit your home to take measurements and create a 3D rendering of your project. Once ready, you’ll meet with us at our office to review the design in detail. At this stage, you’ll be able to make changes and fully customize the project to your liking. These meetings generally last between 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
Estimating
With your design approved, your project moves into the estimating phase. Here, we gather all the details and put together a cohesive proposal that includes labor, materials, overhead, and subcontractor quotes. This process can take between one and six weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your project, ensuring you receive the most accurate estimate possible.
Review the Contract
Once the estimate is complete, we’ll schedule a meeting at our office to go over the Time and Material Estimate/Contract. This meeting usually lasts about an hour. Please note that costs may fluctuate based on actual expenses, unforeseen circumstances, or changes requested throughout the project.
Construction Queue
After your contract is signed and the down payment made, your project moves into our construction queue. Our Office Manager will process material orders and pass the project along to our Project Manager. Depending on lead times and scheduling, there may be a waiting period before we can set an exact start date. This step can take anywhere from one to twelve weeks.
Construction Phase
At last, the building begins. Your dedicated Operational Project Manager will oversee subcontractors and carpenters, ensuring every detail is handled properly. Depending on the scope of work and materials, this stage can take anywhere from one week to a full year. Once complete, you’ll be able to enjoy your new space—built with care, quality, and long-lasting craftsmanship.
